متن کاملبررسی کاریوتیپی جمعیتهای مختلف Buxus hyrcana در ایران
در مطالعه حاضر بررسی کاریولوژیکی هفت جمعیت مختلف گونه Buxus hyrcana Pojark. که از مناطق مختلف کشور جمعآوری شده بودند ارائه شده است. نتایج نشان داد که پایه کروموزومی این گونه 14 x = میباشد. تمام جمعیتهای مورد مطالعه دیپلوئید با 28= x2=n2 میباشند. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل کاریوتیپی امکان دستهبندی جمعیتهای مختلف گونه را از مناطق مختلف رویشگاهی و همچنین مقایسه منطقی بین آنها را فراهم نمود.

Isolation of a number of bioactive compounds from medicinal plants such as acetylcholinesterase inhibiting steroidal alkaloids, homomoenjodaramine and moenjodaramine from Buxus hyrcana, anti-epileptic terpenoids delphadienones I and II from Delphinium denudatum, and potent leishmanicidal compound ajoene from Allium sativum have been achieved through bioactivity-guided isolation.

Three new triterpenoid alkaloids, namely buxmicrophyllines P-R (1-3), were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Buxus microphylla. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR and MS spectroscopic analyses. Structurally, compounds 1-3 belong to the 9,10-cycloartane type alkaloids.
